Take one capsule per day with your main meal and a full glass of water. Most people find it easiest to take with breakfast, but any time of day with a meal works just as well.
Each pack of 90 capsules provides a 90-day supply at the recommended dose of one capsule per day.
If you miss a day, simply continue as normal with your next meal - do not double the dose to compensate.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
