These Terms of Use and Sale govern your use of the website Jointsjointsao (jointsjointsao.shop) and any orders you place with Vitacore Reserves Ltd ("we", "us"). By using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this site to distribute harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with site functionality. This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

2. Ordering and Sale

To place an order, enter your name and phone number in the order form. This constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract. A member of our team will call you to confirm the order during business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00 NZST). The contract of sale is formed at the point of verbal confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) inclusive of GST where applicable. The price displayed at the time of ordering is the price you pay.

3. Payment

Payment is made on delivery to the courier - by cash or card. No prepayment or online payment is required or requested at any stage of ordering.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch - by informing us during the confirmation call, or by contacting us by phone or email. If the parcel has been dispatched, you may decline it at the door and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.

5. Disclaimer - Food Supplement
